Mediacorp Canada Inc. has recognized Rocky Mountaineer as one of Canada's top small and medium employers for the third consecutive year.
The luxury train company employs 275 year-round team members. From April to October, Rocky Mountaineer's employee count grows to almost 700 due to seasonal workers.
Eighty percent of those seasonal employees return each year, Rocky Mountaineer officials said in a press release.
Since 2014, Mediacorp has recognized Canda's small and medium employers who provide "the best workplaces and most forward-thinking human resource policies," according to the release.
"Our amazing team is the backbone of our success, and we pride ourselves on sharing the purpose of creating life-changing experiences for our guests," said Rocky Mountaineer President Steve Sammut.
