The Federal Transit Administration (FTA) last week published answers to frequently asked questions (FAQ) regarding recommended transit workforce protections during the pandemic, including personal protective equipment and social distancing practices.
The FTA’s recommendations follow those from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, including providing cloth face masks for frontline workers and disinfecting high-touch surfaces daily.
