RCR Taylor – Taylor, TX

RCR Taylor is a rail-served industrial development in Taylor, TX, planned to support a mix of industrial and logistics users. RITD served as Engineer of Record for the overall site development, delivering track design and site engineering solutions that established a flexible rail infrastructure capable of supporting multiple parcels and accommodating future tenants over time.

Our scope included conceptual rail planning, yard and lead track design, site grading, and coordination with the serving railroad. The layout is designed to support unit train operations, storage-in-transit (SIT), and tenant spurs, giving the park the ability to attract a wide range of rail-dependent industries. The resulting plan balances near-term build-out with long-term expansion, helping the owner maximize the value of the site.
